RJM Books Unique PC-Fired NOx Reduction Project

The First Commercial Application of the RJM-AC™ System (EPRI-REI licensed RRI Technology) at Exelon’s Eddystone Generating Plant

NORWALK, Conn. – December 10, 2002 - RJM Corporation, a global provider of innovative emission control technologies, announced a multi-million dollar prime contractor award to engineer and supply Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emission control systems from Exelon Corporation. The NOx reduction technology to be provided at Exelon’s Eddystone generating station in Pennsylvania will represent the first commercial application of the Rich Reagent Injection Technology on a PC (Pulverized Coal) fired unit. This commercialization will add another technology to be included in RJM’s layered technology (RJM-LT™) approach to NOx reduction.

RJM will supply the RJM-AC™ technology layer and the proprietary NOx Tempering layer of the RJM-LT™ system. RJM-AC™ is RJM’s brand name for EPRI’s Rich Reagent Injection (RRI) technology.
