RJM's On-Site Diagnostic Program Includes:
Task 1: Diagnostic and On-Site Corrections

  • Meeting with the operating and management people to discuss the unit's operating history, performance data, results of previous corrective actions, and agreement on corrective program objectives.
  • Then a unit walk-around to inspect the burner setup, assess equipment condition, evaluate operating performance, and correct or adjust burner setup.
  • Suggest and test operating procedure modifications.

Task 2: Diagnostic and On-Site Corrections

  • Subsequent to the initial meeting and walk-around, a follow-up meeting with operating and management personnel to review findings and corrective actions already taken as well as proposed future corrective actions.
  • Presentation of corrective actions includes prioritized budget estimates, implementation timetable, and review of expected performance improvements.

Task 3: Action Plan Report

Within two weeks, a full, detailed formal report is issued summarizing the visits and corrective actions to be taken, including budgets and schedules.
