How they Work:
Using sophisticated, fully reacting computer models, your burner and coal injector designs are examined as they would function in your system. Heat flux issues, flame impingement, coal roping, and other factors are also examined in detail.

Our engineers then test modifications to provide you with a fully optimized coal nozzle custom fitted for your application.

This coal staging injector system segments coal into concentrated fuel-rich streams and fuel stages the burner. It also sets the proper exit velocity to penetrate the stabilizing IRZ for low NOx production.

Special high chromium and high nickel alloys are used to provide high temperature resistance to deformation, resistance to abrasion, and long service life. Ceramic coatings and tiles are available for high abrasion coal applications.
